Farm living by Santos Trails & the Villages!

  • Come experience a restful stay in our farm! We have a mother in law suite that is completely private with the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on. We have 8 laying hens and 3 cows. They love to be fed and sang to. You will be surrounded by beautiful oak trees and nature. 15 minutes away you have the very popular Villages as well as the famous Santos trails with trails for biking, walking, and horse back riding! Bring your RV, trailers, and animals as we have room for all. Pool access available, no lifeguard on duty though :)

Property owners were great, very kind and even took my granddaughters out to the farm to meet the chickens and the cows. Overall experience was very very good. And an excellent price for sure! We visited all of the springs in every direction and the location was perfect. Indiana brought new towels 2 minutes after I messaged her. There's a few minor reasons I didn't give it a totally perfect score. I know this is Florida and it's hot, the room stayed moderately cool, but the unit worked hard the whole time and it would've been great to be a couple degrees colder. We didn't have hot water the last night, I'm not sure if it shares hot water with the main house, but two minutes into my shower and it was lukewarm so I threw the girls in as fast as I could, they were shivering lol. The other nights when we showered, there was plenty of hot water. The king size bed was a bit soft, but I still slept well, a couple of kitchen towels would be helpful, but I really appreciated the hot plate to cook on. Bring tupperwe. There was a gap around the doors, perhaps a pet had torn the weather stripping off, but that might be why the room didn't cool off as much as I would've liked. The futon would be fine for a small child, my nine-year-old did OK, but probably not suitable for an adult or an older child. We brought our kayaks and paddle boards, and there was plenty of room in the carport to leave some during the day. Overall a wonderful time and a great family to work with. 9/10!
