"Coming into the room, since we checked in late. Our sheets were not cleaned, had dried blood stains on the sheets and dark spots on the comforter, plus the bathroom was not cleaned. When we reported it to the manager, the guy told us that they don’t change the sheets or a new room and that all he could do was provide us brand new sheets and comforter and that we would have to change them ourselves. We checked out the property at 2 am as we could not sleep there."

"The place is old! The reface is not much help. I always bring my own shampoo, good thing the body wash, shampoo, lotion were all empty. Not refilled or checked on the third day. Stains on blankets, or they were dirty. If you are looking for a budget, this room should be $100 a night. If the price is more, I’d keep looking."

"I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing."

"I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware of. The shower was also not clean or properly maintained. On top of that, the long-term tenants were outside yelling and partying until around 3 AM, making it impossible to get any rest. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear full conversations from neighboring rooms as if they’re standing right beside you. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness, noise, poor maintenance, and overall condition of the property were unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
