Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 24.2 km, pebble beach 1 km.
    3-room terraced house 80 m2, south-west facing position. Living/dining room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 220 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. Distant view of the sea.
