Front desk staff member was friendly and thorough. Room was amazingly dirty - dust bunnies on the carpet, sprayed stuff on the mirror and microwave, suspect sheets, dusty lamps and furniture. Manager that stopped by thought the sprayed stuff was a cleaning product and didn't think the carpet or dust was a problem. Said the debris in the bed was lint from the dryer. The coffee maker in the room was fancy but didn't work. Breakfast was pathetic with 2 hardboiled eggs and the rest carbs and only a few items of each. Excellent real butter. Undrinkable coffee. Very nice comfy chair in the room. One light had no shade. No chair for the rickety table, but there was a table. Bed was comfortable.

A lot of rusty items, like the lamp base. The bathroom floor was a little dirty. There were bottle caps behind the desk and bed. There were a pair of pants in the drawer, so obviously the housekeeping staff doesn’t check this. The breakfast was basically out of food 1/2 hour before breakfast ended. On the 2nd day, I got up extra early to get some breakfast and the gallon of milk (for cereal) was completely frozen and expired (by one day). For the cheap price and excellent location off the highway, I’ll give them one more chance.

The guys asked for more toilet paper and they refuse to give. My guys left the hotel 3 nights before and the hotel refused to refund the unused nights.

Looked ok from the outside … but room not the cleanest! Also, had booked room with a king size bed and ended up with a standard double! AND there was a vinyl tarp under the bedsheet which was extremely annoying (noisy)!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS INN!!!! This was an unbelievably terrible hotel in every aspect possible! We were booked in good faith through Expedia, howere what we recieved was anything but good or faithful. We had no choice but to stay here as the Arnold Expo was on in columbus and almost everything was booked solid in.our price range. To start when we arrived to check in there was a note on reception with a phone number saying to call if we needed something. Once called a lady near the front got off her cell phone and got out of a parked car. She checked us in with littel care as to wh we were We had pre paid so that was that . Once given our room key we passed through the lobby where I noticed the lobby area bathroom was out of order. Once we arrived at our room , I was shocked by the dirt in the room. Miscellaneous stains and goop on all furniture and garbage on the floor, also garbage in the halls , as well as dirty sheets in front of some doors. We were late at night so we decided to put up with it and get our head down. However, once we tried the toilet we found it broken. So we asked for a new room hoping for better. Tis room at least had a working toilet but no cleaner. My 19 year old son was distraught and cried. We all slept in our clothes to have the least exposure to possible bed bugs. In the morning we attempted to checkout early. We had 2 more nights booked. We were looking to find new accommodation, even if we had to drive a bit. But, no refund.

I've stayed at Quality Inns quite a few times and this was definitely the worst one. Parking lot was disgusting, room was old, refrigerator making a constant noise. Bathroom fan was really loud. Bed had metal on the side that cut my leg. Staff was not friendly. Poor experience.

Brooke at front desk was very kind and helpful. Broken glass in parking lot. First room refrigerator was unplugged and covered in mold inside. Mold in toilet. Broken tub stopper and old, dried paper in drain. Second room had dripping faucet and mold in bathtub. Light bulb and light cover laying on bathroom sink. Third room Brooke went to check and room door key card entry would not work. Fourth room smelled strongly of cigarettes, black hair from man shaving on bathroom sink and in bath tub. Bath tub dirty. Every room I went into had air conditioner on high and tv on.

This is the worst quality inn I have stayed in. Upon arrival to my room it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes. I did not feel like moving my belongings after a long day so the front desk clerk gave me some febreeze. Throughout my two day stay someone kept lighting up packs, after packs, after packs & the cigarette smell kept seeping into my room.

The room wasn’t bad for the price. The bed was comfortable. However, there was trash sitting on the ground by the elevator, other trash over flowing, ect. The ice bucket was really greasy and could tell someone used it as a chip bowl.

Very nice, newly remodeled hotel... only down fall, reason we chose this hotel was proximity to where our truck was being repaired and it advertised and showed pictures of laundry facilities. They did not have one. ..

We didn't check in because our trip was unexpectedly cancelled. However, we were unable to get a refund due to some thing that we apparently signed that said it was a "no refund room". We are very unhappy and will never use Expedia again. We will notify our Facebook friends and all others that we were not able to get a refund for the 2 rooms we booked.

Rooms smelled terrible.
We were traveling with another couple and had 2 rooms. One smelled like cigarette smoke and seafood, the other smelled like a Mexican restaurant and the TV didn't work. Bathrooms were clean and Jordan at the front was very friendly.

It was okay
It was fine, but not great. Upon arrival, there was a black hair on top of the toilet and the sink and the shower backed up. It just seemed old and could use some updating and I was glad we only stayed one night. I was worried the franchise would be the same everywhere but then we went to another Quality Inn in Florence, KY for our next stop and it was delightful.

Terrible Check In
Check in was terrible. Got there at 3:00, at check in time. Was told that our room still wasn't ready, after we were told at 1:00 that it will be ready in 30 minutes. Sat around with 4 other families until 4:30 and still not ready. Wasn't able to shower & change clothes for my family event. We only had time to sleep, once we got back at midnight to get our keys. Very highly upset w/ my experience. The hotel staff was aware that their hotel was completely sold out due to several events happening in Columbus.

Place was nasty. First room had something red on the bed sheet. Rooms looked like they havent been Swept in years. Chips, bugs and anything else you can think of in the corners of the room. Light wouldnt turn off beside the bed. Horrible place

It's rundown but looks like they are working to fix it. Probably should close during renovation or offer discounts. At least post it on website so people know what they are getting into.

When stating this time property was under renovation. Lobby was covered in plastic. No warning about it on outside doors. Side door to hotel was unlocked all the time. Was put in a room above lobby area that smelled like paint. Hotel was not that full.
