In July and August, if you stay 7 nights or more, we invite you to a complimentary barbecue evening. Children will enjoy plenty of play options, like a playhouse and a sandbox with toys. The location is quiet yet central, with the marketplace, shops, post office, and pharmacy all within walking distance.
Oberwiesenthal offers countless opportunities for hikers thanks to its unique natural landscape. In winter, the resort is perfect for skiing and sledding. A ride on the cable car or the Fichtelbergbahn is a special highlight. The all-weather toboggan run and Flyline are also recommended. Nearby, you can learn about mining history and visit many castles and palaces. There’s something for everyone—we look forward to welcoming you!
