"The hotel is very well maintained and has lot of character. There are beautiful spaces around the property to hang out. The spa and steam room, pools are very nice to experience at the property. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The two things I would consider negative: - the room was not very spacious - no air conditioner. The fan provided made noise all night "

"Amazing, wonderful and out of this world is what I would say. Not only the location is gem but the hospitality from the staff is heart warming. Me and my wife stayed for just 2 days but it was one of the best experiences that we can get. The breakfast was with multiple options and was of top quality. Do stay at this place if you want a good time."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
