The Space:

Our modern apartment, furnished in an "industrial style", accommodates up to 3 people and is located right in the centre of Oberstdorf.The apartment features a cosy sleeping area with an open wardrobe. We provide a comfortable 160 x 200 cm box spring bed with high-quality hotel-standard bed linen. Your favourite streaming service or TV programme runs on the swivel-mounted 50-inch 4K Smart TV.The living area is colour-separated and also furnished in a modern, timeless style. Our guests sleep very well on the comfortable sofa bed with a topper. Opposite is a breakfast table with stainless steel bar stools. This table also works perfectly as a laptop workspace.In the hallway with the small kitchenette, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal. We provide pots, pans and all essential kitchen utensils. A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available. Tea and coffee are provided in small quantities for your arrival.The bathroom is contemporary and equipped with a shower, heated towel rail and tumble dryer. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided. A hairdryer is also available.The apartment also has a small south-facing balcony that invites you to linger or have breakfast. The mountain panorama never gets boring and delights anew every day.We hope you feel completely at home in our cosy apartment and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located in the heart of Oberstdorf's pedestrian zone, within walking distance of the new Oberstdorf Therme! From here, you can reach every point in town on foot. If you arrive by train, you'll be at your accommodation in just 5 minutes. If travelling by car, you can park behind the apartment and reach any ski area or attraction in a few minutes. All the Oberstdorf mountains are accessible as day trips from the accommodation, and many peaks can already be admired directly from the apartment.



Getting Around:

The train station is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Here you can arrive by train or use various public transport lines in all directions. By car, navigate to "Sonnenstraße" and park behind the house.

In the town centre of Oberstdorf and the surrounding villages, we have additional apartments for up to three people. In all our properties, we provide high-quality bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo for you. You can also look forward to a small welcome gift and complimentary tea & coffee.Please note that the local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) associated with your stay is not included in the booking price!Adults from 17 years: €4.70 per person per night.

Youth aged 10–16 years: €3.90 per person per night.

Children under 10 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

Super zentral gelegen mitten im Ort, sodass wirklich alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Das kleine Appartement wurde platztechnisch sehr gut ausgenutzt und mit viel Liebe und Stil neu und modern eingerichtet.Super netter hilfsbereiter Kontakt, sehr schnelle Reaktionen auf Nachrichten. Für 2 Personen ideal, für mehr Personen wäre es mir persönlich deutlich zu klein.
