Leider bietet diese Wohnung keinen Stauraum, so dass die mitgebrachte Kleidung kaum unterzubringen war. Möglicherweise wäre sie für, eine Person geeignet. Für meine Schwiegereltern beide über 80 Jahre war das Check in ein sehr großes Problem, hier sollte jemand Persönlich erscheinen.

Etwas zu teuer für die Qualität

Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut! Lage der Wohnung super! Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns als älteres Paar war das Schrankbett extrem unbequem. Die Küche ist winzig ohne Spülmaschine! Wir würden die Wohnung trotz der Superlage nicht noch einmal buchen.Schade….

Schönes Appartement in bester Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Appartement ist super praktisch und die Lage im Ort und zu den Wandermöglichkeiten perfekt. Auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin auch völlig problemlos … also wir empfehlen das Appartement Alpenrose gerne weiter.

Skiurlaub in Oberstdorf

Urlaub war sehr gut. Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. (alles für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden) Zentrale Lage der Unterkunft war Top. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage -Top. Internet-Verbindung wäre noch ein wünschenswert.

Wohnung sehr zentral , die Wohnung hätten wir wieder gebucht aber bei so einer Preisteigerung

Alles soweit gut bis auf die Unsauberkeit der Toilette , ein Teil des Geschirrs und ein Teil der Küchenschrankfächer . Was auch sehr ärgerlich war das der Stellplatz für unser KFZ die ganze Zeit belegt war trotz Bemühungen der Besitzerin .

Mit der Walserkart könnte nichts unternommen werden.,da sie nicht für Bergbahnen freigeschaltet ist.

Wir sind in Obertsdoff schon etliche male gewesenkonnten mit der Walserkart überall hin..Nur dieses mal war sie für Bergbahnen gesperrt.Das ist ein Grosses Makel , auch für Oberstdorf.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich mitten im Ortskern, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Es ist dadurch alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und wir fanden es, trotz der zentralen Lage nicht zu laut. Die Ausstattung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt mit Frau Berger war immer freundlich und schnell. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein echter Vorteil. Das einzige, was wir nicht so toll fanden, waren die Schrankbetten, die für uns ältere Semester etwas niedrig waren :) Trotzdem haben wir gut geschlafen. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Top location in Obersdorf!

A very nice location in the middle of the village. Ideal if you don't want to use your own car much; location has a parking space in the garage. Everything else is very clean, centrally located with a supermarket at 100 metres. Small area but everything is there and just ideal for 2 people to ski. The ski bus is within walking distance and if you put your stuff in the locker you have nothing to worry about! Top location, top flat and we had very nice ski holiday!

Perfekter Jahresabschluss

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung gleich im Ortskern von Oberstdorf. Da wir mit dem Auto kamen war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt im Haus eine schöne Ergänzung. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Selten ist uns eine Ferienwohnung in Sachen Sauberkeit so positiv aufgefallen ! Das Mobiliar ist bereits etwas älter aber gut gepflegt. Das ist dann Geschmackssache. Das Bett ist zwar ein Klappbett aber geschlafen haben wir gut und gemütlich. Tagestouren von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß sind kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Nette kleine woning, erg centraal gelegen

De woning is centraal gelegen in de voetgangerszone met alle voorzieningen (supermarkt, bakker, restaurants) direct om de hoek. De centrale ligging geeft zeker op doordeweekse dagen al vroeg in de ochtend geluidsoverlast van auto's van leveranciers etc. dus dit is iets waar men wel rekening mee moet houden bij boeking. Fijn is wel dat er een privé parkeerplaats beschikbaar is in de ondergrondse garage. De woning was schoon maar erg klein; volgens de beschrijving is er 1 slaapkamer wat onjuist is: er staat een ouderwets kastbed in de woonkamer dat bestaat uit 2 eenpersoonsbedden, gescheiden bij het hoofdeinde door een plank. De matrassen waren goed maar de bedden zijn erg laag (ca. 30 cm van de grond) wat voor oudere mensen of mensen met rugproblemen wel lastig kan zijn. Kleine keuken, niet echt geschikt om zelf te koken met maar 2 elektrische kookplaatjes maar wel voorzien van koffie-apparaat, koelkast en waterkoker. De woning is gedateerd wat betreft inrichting, de meubels bieden niet veel zitcomfort. Er waren ook diverse mankementen, o.a. kapotte lampen en een douchekop die niet overeind bleef staan. Ook is er geen WLAN-aansluiting aanwezig wat eigenlijk niet meer in deze tijd past. Verder was de woning schoon en is het zeker een leuke woning die met name geschikt is voor een kort verblijf met max. 2 personen. Er zijn ook voldoende schone handdoeken en schoon beddengoed aanwezig wat wel fijn is bij een langer verblijf (wij verbleven 3 weken in de woning). De verhuurster stuurt voor aankomst duidelijke instructies over gebruik van o.a. de garage en de woning en reageert snel op vragen. Het zou wel makkelijk zijn als er een kort overzicht met "huisregels" in de woning aanwezig zou zijn, dan hoef je niet te zoeken naar oplossingen (zoals bijvoorbeeld waar het huisvuil heengebracht kan worden) of steeds contact met de verhuurster op te hoeven nemen.

Bis auf einen Rauchgeruch zu Beginn (konnte durch Lüften natürlich beseitigt werden) und fehlendes wlan war alles ok. Die Wohnung hat sonst alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es natürlich etwas lebhaft.

Leider nicht ganz so toll

Das Objekt war wirklich sehr sauber und Frau Berger sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Nach ein paar Anfangsschwierigkeiten weil unser Parkplatz belegt war ging der Check Inn absolut problemlos. Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider waren die Betten alles andere als bequem und wir sind jeden e morgen mit schmerzen aufgestanden und hatten aufgrund der harten Matratze und der harten Kissen probleme beim einschlafen. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt war es leider aufgrund von Baustellen und den Lieferanten sehr laut, auch die Kirchenglocke hörte man sehr regelmäßig. Leider hat das Geschirr auch nach mehrmaligen spülen einen extrem starken Geruch, verlutlivh wegen der alten Schränke.. Wir sind jedes Jahr in Oberstdorf und lieben die Gegend. Wenn die Gastgeberin die Matratzen austauschen würde, wäre das Objekt sicherlich mietwert und hat alles was man brauch. Vielen Dank nochmal!
