  • Located in Oberschwarzach, this 75 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an almost fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is barrier-free, features central heating, and is close to public transport.



    Enjoy your private garden and an outdoor shower. You have access to 2 private uncovered terraces and 2 private covered terraces—perfect for relaxing. An exclusive outdoor pool is available for your use.



    Parking is provided with 2 shared spaces on the property; additional parking is available on the street. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises.



    Electricity per day for 4 guests: 50 kWh included, additional usage is available for an extra fee.



    A baby up to 6 months can sleep in a crib provided on request. One child sleeping in the parents' bed may stay in addition to the 4 guests at no extra charge. Please arrange this in advance.
