The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor (or garden level) of a 7-unit apartment building at Hochgratstr. 293 in the Irsengund area. Due to its hillside location, the apartment is accessed via a staircase from the entrance area.

In addition to its modern, high-quality amenities, the highlight of the accommodation is the panoramic window in the living room and the terrace, from which you have a direct view of the fantastic Allgäu countryside and the Hochgrat, with nothing to obstruct the view—except perhaps the occasional cow that has strayed into the area.

The separate bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200 cm). In the large living/sleeping area with a comfortable fold-down bed (160x200 cm), you’ll also find a dining nook, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The comfortable bathroom features a rainforest shower, a sink, and a toilet.
