"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. The cleanliness stood out immediately. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made the entire experience feel personal without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality added something special to the stay. The food was outstanding. Dinner was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and breakfast was just as impressive, with fresh, high-quality options that made for a perfect start to the day. Each meal felt intentional and well-crafted. And then there are the views. Whether looking out from the window in the early morning light or watching the sunset settle over the surrounding landscape, the setting is simply beautiful. It is peaceful, scenic, and deeply restorative. "Lovely large room with plenty of space. Big double bed and bunk beds, lovely bathroom with rainforest shower. Air con was lovely and cold. Lovely quiet area and perfect if you are going to Europapark or Rulantica as it’s only a 5 minute drive away. Staff were great and breakfast is very very good. Wonderful selection of bread, pastries, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and hot breakfast. Pancakes and omelettes also cooked to order. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was great except TV does not work and when asked they said it was a WiFi problem but the WiFi worked for my phone and tablet just fine sounds like they just didn’t want to fix it issue I could be wrong though idk. "

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "
