The massive house built in 2006 was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017. On 127 m² of living space, 6 people find enough space to feel comfortable on vacation. The house is on the outskirts with a clear view of nature. Those looking for peace and relaxation will find this here. A variety of hiking trails lead around the village.
In winter, you can get on the disc stage trail directly at the house, a classic cross-country trail.
In the basement is the garage integrated into the house, the fully equipped laundry room, the boiler room and a storage room.
Living and dining room, with tiled stove and access to the terrace, are on the ground floor, as well as the kitchen, a bedroom and the guest bathroom with shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms are available on the upper floor, if you want to retreat there is also a room to relax, as well as a bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms.
The building is heated in all rooms with underfloor heating.

Toller Urlaub; tolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber, super idylisch und leise gelegen und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Garrage, was einzigartig ist. Claudia war super nett und hat uns sogar einen kulinarischen Willkommensgruß in Form von Hefezopf und Marmelade + Wein bereitet, was ebenfalls einzigartig ist. Wir waren bereits in 9 Ferienhäusern, wobei dieses Objekt einfach durch die Kleinigkeiten heraussticht. Weiter so ....

Hervorragend!
Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung erwartete uns ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus mit genug Platz und allem was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schön eingerichtetes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit gemütlichem Kaminofen, gut sortierter Küche, Garten am Rand von Obernheim. Zugang über die Garage ist besoders praktisch als "Dreckschleuse", wenn man mit Kindern bei Schmuddelwetter auf der Alb draußen war ;-). Es war eine gute Woche dort, sehr gern wieder.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, optimale Ausstattung des Hauses. Genuss von Sonne und Natur mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Hochebene der Schwäbischen Alb. Wanderwege gleich vor der Haustür. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super Kurzurlaub
Das Haus ist hervorragend, hier gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Die bergige Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt direkt zum Wandern ein. Zum Radfahren ist es hier allerdings viel zu bergig. Da muss man erst mit dem Auto fahren, um einen geeigneten Startpunkt für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren zu finden. Insgesamt hat uns der Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen, und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Geweldig vakantiehuis
Geweldige vakantiewoning aan de rand van een dorp met prachtig uitzicht op de weilanden en bossen.
Mooie en grote woning die van alle gemakken voorzien is.
Contact met eigenaar Claudia verliep soepel en vriendelijk.

Idyllische Umgebung und tolle Unterkunft
Die Gastfamilie ist sehr herzlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Wir verbrachten eine sehr erholsame und ruhige Woche in einem tollen Haus. Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen Uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt. Sehr gerne wieder bei einer anderen Ferienreise.
