Step outside to enjoy your private balcony with stunning views of the Kaiser Mountains, Kitzbüheler Horn, and Kitzbüheler Alps. The apartment sits directly on a ski meadow in a detached country house.



Shared on-site parking for two vehicles is available. Events are not allowed on the property. The location provides ski-in/ski-out access with the Tauwiesen ski lift just 5 meters away and the Penzing cable car 200 meters from the property. Shared amenities include a playground, toys, and books for children.
