"We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. "Honestly, wouldn’t come here again if i could avoid it. The room/bathroom had not been swept or mopped and there was hair from the previous people all over the floor. i had to call the front desk to request that to be cleaned. But the front desk staff were really helpful though, appreciate you guys! Oh Also it was lowkey ghetto….. everything was just outdated too"

"Half our room didn’t work and the staff tried to tell us we were wrong. The worst part was there were bed bugs and the management didn’t want to help us. They offered us $6 for laundry for four people and that was only after we continued to complain about it. Their initial response was just to make us check out and leave early and only give us a refund for the one night we stayed. Would not recommend this place to anymore."

"Me and my wife are coming up from Columbus we were trying to make it to reservation that we had at 4:00 PM and what happened around 12 in the afternoon we got she got in an accident that we did she was driving and she was put in the hospital she wasn't feeling well so they wanted to observe her over overnight I called in advance and I they said you didn't call in time You're going to get charged because this is what the way it goes I said well I'm sorry there's no way I'm gonna make it because my wife is down here in Columbus and this is where we live at I don't know these people I am not gonna do that I'm not gonna make it and you would not accept that So I am not going to go through Expedia anymore a 3rd party I learned your the other one who got all scamming stuff done from people booking They're not as bad you guys are worse I never seen anything so bad I got a shuffle had to call them then I called June and I and you didn't even want to hear about it because you wanted to make sure you made some kind of money off of it you know what i'm not going to use you again I got nothing good to say Have a good day No third parties from here on out I'm going directly to the hot and confirm my payments and everything You people are rotten"

"Pull out couch in king suite was extremely dirty with numerous stains on the couch. Told front desk staff and was told there was nothing that can be done as other rooms are full. Was given blankets to put over couch. Suite was 2 separate rooms and one room was very musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Shower curtain rod was pulling out of wall."

"This is the worst Hotel I’ve been. The rooms were dirty, the shower curtain yellow and brown, the tiles grout black, the floors dirty. I had to got to the desk 4 times to get my keys replaced because it would last an hour. Bed sheets stained yellow… they need to do a better job at cleaning. Also, the front door was kind of loose so at night you can hear it moving like someone was trying to come in. Just a really bad experience!!"
