The living studio on the first floor of our graphic studio has been completely refurbished. Our guests have access to a gable-glazed living area including a separate bedroom-gallery with double bed and a single bed of more than 80 square meters. The premises have a newly designed sanitary area with toilet and shower. The German Tourism Association e. V. has classified our studio apartment with four stars.

From the function of our living studio as occasionally rented holiday and guest apartment, it is subject only to a limited extent to the legal provisions of the accommodation industry (hotels, etc.). In this context, we ask our guests to respect the following conditions:


Towels and bed linen are provided
The rental of our apartment includes no gastronomic or other services.
Pets are not allowed
Please accept that the apartment must remain smoke free.
Your access key is part of a protected locking system.
In case of loss we have to calculate the replacement of the locking system.
