Lovely stay

Lovely stay in this cosy hotel. The pool and breakfast in neighboring spa/hotel was also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated and it would be wonderful if the room came with AC or at least a fan. It can get quite hot in the summer. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean and nice big room! No aircondition, so it was quite hot. We arrived at night, and was a bit confused where to get the keys but when we found the reception in the hotel a bit further up the street we got amazing service from the guy working in the restaurant there. They even made is food and served us perfectly although it was so late and everything else was closed. They really made our day! Breakfast was supernice and the staff so so friendly and serviceminded. We only stayed one night for transit, but we will remember it!

Duschentüren voll Schimmel, Waschbecken Stopsel schlotzig und voll Haare. Neben der Couch Krümel. Nach Rücksprache bei der Rezeption wurde die Dusche geputzt. Habe nach einem entgegenkommen Seitens des Hotels gebeten, sogar zwei Mal. Es hieß, Sie müssen dies mit dem Chef besprechen. Es kam nichts mehr, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung 😔

Leider wurden wir beim einchecken schon sehr enttäuscht, denn die Dame an der Rezeption kam uns sehr überheblich entgegen und hat unsere Kinder maßlos enttäuscht. In der Beschreibung standen sämtliche gebührenpflichtige Anwendungen. Beim innenpool jedoch, stand nichts von Gebühren, also gingen wir davon aus, dass dieser im Preis inkludiert ist. Die Dame sagte uns jedoch (wir kamen 20:40 Uhr an und wollten lediglich noch 30 Minuten maximal ins Schwimmbad um die Kinder nach einer sehr langen Fahrt zu motivieren) dass wir pro erwachsenen 15€ pro Tag und 10€ pro Kind zahlen müssten. Da es so spät war, kam sie uns mit „dann würde ich sagen für 30 minuten, machen wir 20€“ ähm - nein. Auf gar keinen Fall. Wir lehnten ab, bekamen unseren Schlüssel fürs Gästehaus und begaben uns direkt dorthin. Gebucht war ein premiumzimmer. Was uns niemand sagte, dass in der Dusche Stockflecken waren (dieses Badezimmer taucht auch in keiner Galerie auf) im Wohnzimmer hingen mehrere Spinnweben hinunter und an sich (es war das erste Zimmer wenn man rein kam) war es unfassbar hellhörig. Das Frühstück heute morgen, der nette Herr der heute die Rezeption besetzte und das Personal im Frühstücksraum waren sehr nett und konnten den schlechten Eindruck vom einchecken etwas besänftigen. Alles in allem sind wir dennoch sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer ist absolut untauglich für kleine Kinder (über dem Bett eine abstelleiste aus Holz, die erste Beule war sicher. Außerdem alles verwinkelt und kantig.

Wir reisten als Familie an. Der Schlüssel ist etwa 100m weiter die Straße hinauf abzuholen. Dort wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir bezogen ein 2-Raum-Doppelzimmer. Die Kinder meinten, dass die Schlafcouch angenehm weich und bequem sei. Das Doppelbett ist ebenfalls bequem. Zum Frühstück geht man ebenfalls ein kurzes Stück die Straße hinauf. Und das Frühstück ist mehr als empfehlenswert. Sehr viel Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Extrawünsche (bei uns war es ein sehr hartes Ei) werden sofort erfüllt. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm.
