Holiday home in Stiege with barbecue

The house originally dates back to 1943.

We extensively renovated it in the spring of 2021, putting a lot of love into the modern and cozy furnishings of this charming little house.

Our vacation home offers 85 square meters of living space spread over two floors.

A small entrance hall leads to the sun-drenched veranda, which features a dining area and a reading nook.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation (induction cooktop with oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.).

A small storage room is available for storing suitcases and bags and also houses useful items such as a vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry basket, and clothes rack.

In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and window, we have also included a (truly adorable) guest toilet.

A washing machine is integrated into the kitchen.

A staircase (secured with a stair gate) leads to the upper floor.

In addition to this old staircase, we were fortunate enough to preserve the original wooden floorboards throughout the entire upper floor of the house.

Here, we have furnished two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm).

Both bedrooms have TVs and blackout curtains.

There is also room for a baby cot in each room. (We are happy to provide this cot, along with a highchair, free of charge if needed to save space in your car).

The adjoining living room with a wood-burning stove offers our guests a large sofa that can be converted into a bed upon request (sleeping area approx. 120x200 cm; comfortable for one person, cozy for two).

A large smart TV can occasionally distract you from the wonderful view of the greenery through the huge balcony doors.

Last but not least, a 30 sq m wooden terrace with furniture, a parasol, and a grill awaits our guests, perfectly complementing our gem, "Jonathan."

We would also like to point out that, subject to availability, our holiday homes "Johanna" (property 1019009) and "Antonia" (property 1018865, both located on the same property) can be booked in addition.

The latter cottage also welcomes furry friends and offers a dog kennel.
