"Had a warm welcome at the outset and throughout our stay from friendly staff. Hotel was well located and an easy stroll to the Louvre. We had a family room with two connected rooms and together there was plenty of space. Very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and reasonable choice. Spa was nice, small pool with jacuzzi jets which needs to be booked and a sauna and steam room. Hotel doesn’t have an evening restaurant but there is a takeaway service and plenty of laces to eat nearby. Highly recommended "

"AC not working. Bedside light not working. No amenities in the room such as a mini fridge to keep medicine or water cool. No slippers. No kettle or tea making facilities in the room. You have to go in your PJ’s out of the hotel into another building across the road to make tea which is at reception. But theres no teabags. Staff totally uninterested. If they had asked me even how was our stay i could have told them all this and scored better but they didnt bother mumbling more than ‘checking out ‘?? Oh and Bye Bye Food was mediocre. Service average. Location is super nice do that made us very happy. The hotel was a dissapointment and needs work! The entrance area to the hotel looks terrible. Unclean shabby and looks right into the mans toilet with open doors. Such bad taste to design it like that and with it all being open it doesnt feel secure at all. Anyone can get up into the room floors. Its more like a hostel than a hotel! Bed Rooms and staircases up to the floors are also ridiculously small. I regret booking this as a surprise for my family :("

"Hotels.com has to do a better job vetting the properties they allow to be used. This property is old, it does not look as nice in person as the pictures shown. The room was equal to a 50 year old super8. Shower grout black, light in bathroom didn’t work, only warm water for one shower cold for the second and very much in an under cleaned under kept state. Sent a message to the “Hotel” through the app and had no response. I would not recommend nor would I return to this “Hotel”. Staff were very disinterested in our concerns. Also did not clean the room, not because we didn’t want it cleaned but because we took the key. They didn’t mention this in checkin or any other time until we approached them. Big thumbs down. The area was awesome, that’s their saving grace. "

"Their family suite accommodated my family comfortably with two teenagers and one 9 year old. They set up a cot without requesting it and it was quiet and safe. Close to metro and enjoyed their free snacks and minibar. "

"Rooms are old apartments. Ours had wood floors and very different furnishings than shown online. It was very warm and there was no air conditioning as in hotels so be aware as we didn’t see that posted. Common areas are clean. Desk clerks are sufficient but not overly friendly. You service your own apartment while there. Not a problem. Best is location, around the corner from many incredible restaurants as well as sites. Bus stop directly in front to get you around town easily. Train from airport just a 4-5 minute walk. If these cute apartments were to be updated, modernized a bit, we would stay again."

"The photos do not match! The hotel is genuinely in need of renovation. Stepping out of the elevator on the second floor, you could easily fall. The shower hose was broken first first day, so we were unable to take a shower; consequently, the bathtub had not been cleaned either. There was no shampoo. Businesses should operate honestly and issue refunds for services that were not provided; we are entitled to a refund for that one night."
