The hotel is located a literal 2 minute walk from the red line metro, which itself is only 4 stops from Tokyo Station. Super, super convenient location. There's a family mart attached to the property itself so you can very easily stock up on snacks and necessities. The only downside for the property is the laundry room. They only have 5 washing machines for several hundred guests, which means that the laundry room is perpetually backed up.

Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night.

Rooms are so small, beds are hard . Booked 2 adults ,2 kids but had to argue for another 2 pillows .Buffet was good and stay was cheap with free shuttle
