"Great location and view. Only downfall was two of the elevators were out and there was a big event at the hotel. This made for very long wait times to use the elevators, and often times they were full when they got to your floor. Normally I’d take the stairs if it were just a couple of flights, but we were on the 18th floor. "

"We had a slight issue with our room when we arrived but it was handled immediately and professionally by the great staff. We were given an upgrade which we tried to refuse but they insisted we take."
