  • The Lake House is a waterfront property overlooking beautiful Enid Lake. Separate guest suite downstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bath. Guests also have private living room/recreation room, private patio overlooking the lake and a private kitchen. Perfect setting for a romantic couples getaway, honeymooners, sportsmen, and football fans. Enjoy the hiking/horse trails, swimming, boating and fishing. Guests have direct access to lake and closest boat landing is only 1.5 miles away. Free parking is available for vehicles, boat trailers, and horse trailers (there are no stalling accommodations for horses).

    The Lake House is conveniently located 35 minutes from Oxford, MS, 25 miles from Batesville and 30 miles from Grenada. Food for tailgating and transportation to and from ballgames can be arranged upon request for a additional fee.

The rustic cabin-like setting and beautiful lake view made for a wonderful stay. Connie (the amiable owner) was easy to communicate with via text. We plan to come back!

Homey with a Great Lake view

We stayed for a ballgame in Oxford. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms, pool table in the living room and great view of Lake Enid. The commute to Oxford for the game was shorter than we thought. Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely lake house

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Comfortable beds, big kitchen, only one bath, but worked out ok for the four of us. Access to the lake is difficult as you have to navigate over large rocks, but the view of the lake from the house is terrific. Connie is a gem to work with, and it’s very quiet on Lake Enid, just what we wanted.

Beautiful Location

Great communication with host. Lovely home. Accuracy of listing got 4 stars because lake was extremely low and I wasn’t notified of this. Overall fabulous weekend with my family and the host was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful and well maintained property. The host, Connie, was friendly and readily available, if needed. The views of the Lake are breathtaking and peaceful. We were able to get some fishing in as well and successfully caught 5.The guest quarters have everything you need and the Rec Room with pool table was perfect. We definitely plan to return!

Ideal spot to relax and get away from Oxford! Beautiful cove location, sunrise was spectacular and that doesn’t do it justice. About 3 mikes out we were glad we took our truck.
Small bass but a gift for sure(top water).
Where we going to park in Oxford is the farthest thing from our minds!
