"Property was nice but room cleaning/restocking was inconsistent. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues only 1 bed was made, they sometimes replaced the coffee pods or towels. We left each morning by 6AM and came back around 2PM and the room had not been touched. Pool was very nice. "

If I had know how nice the hotel and the town and beach was ,,I Would Not have wasted my time going to the keys .. I would’ve stayed there and enjoyed it much better "

I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). Prior to reserving a room they were told that all the bathrooms had just been remodeled. When staff was told that this was a lie, that the bathrooms were obviously not remodeled, she responded with it was her job to "
