There was nothing I did not like about my room except that the windows were dirty, so it was hard to take a picture of the view. I booked my reservations through Expedia. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation to be told I did not have one. I then called expedia and their customer service rep also told me that I had no reservation. I then got online an booked and paid for a reservation at a higher cost than before. The first reservation was book now pay later. I checked into the hotel and was told that I had booked two reservations and because I had paid for one I could not get the lower price. I would also have to call Expedia to cancel the first reservation so that I would not be charged for a "no-show". This was a hassle and no one was very accommodating. I was fortunately, able to cancel the first reservation without being charged a fee. I have been using Expedia for years but I probably won't be using them anymore.

Great hotel, would stay again. Negative #1, the restaurant/bar was closed 20 minutes before the posted time, and on a Saturday night. Negative #2, very interesting placement for the toilet paper. Still a very clean and safe hotel with daily maid service. 👍

The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and the door almost hit the toilet because the bathroom was so small. Parking fees were not clear at booking nor easily understood when explained at the front desk.

The only thing i didnt like about the property was that the shower had two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner instead of a bottle of body soap. I also did not like the water pressure in the bathroom. But everything was actually quite nice . The staff at the restaurant was super sweet and professional. I also like the staff at the front desk. Very understanding and professional as well. Will definitely stay there again . The water pressure and soap issues were quite minor and would not deter me feom staying again

Walking the dog was a little gross because sidewalks were so dirty. But, we would bring the dog in and immediately clean her paws in the bathtub. So it was ok. My housekeeper josefina was always very helpful as was the front desk. Nice stay
