Beautiful oceanfront beach front cottage with all marble vanities in bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stone/quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room has a 65-inch flat screen TT, plus additional flat screen TVs in every bedroom. Outside shower with hot and cold water, washer/dryer, central heating and cooling. There is an outside covered porch as well as a sun deck. There is also a two-car garage. It is located adjacent to the quiet, desirable Kings Lynn. Previously known as Rebels Roost.

Girls Trip

10 ladies yearly trip. The house was sufficient. Beds very comfortable. Dining table cloth had a mold stain. 😒 Smell in the lower level was unpleasant. House was clean except for that. The smell was not unbearable just unpleasant.

Great place for an extended family getaway

West Beach Retreat is in like-new condition and is well laid out for two families to share. The kitchen is very well equipped, we loved the view from the porch and the living room was perfect for a Thanksgiving getaway for two adult couples and their young adult sons. We’ve rebooked for next year.

Wonderful stay, we'd like to return

Clean, modern, non-musty furniture. Well stocked kitchen, and big table for socializing. Plenty of room for family members to spread out, and location is right on the beach.

Best Beach Getaway!

We absolutely loved our visit to Oak island and this home was by far one of the cleanest, coziest, most modern and spacious beach homes we’ve stayed at in the Carolinas. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen ware and gadgets you could possibly need. The best part was that the beach was literally in the back yard with beautiful window and porch view! Enough beach frontage to walk for miles is either direction! We can’t wait to return!

Exceeded Expectations

This house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of space. The mattresses were very comfortable. Having a garage was a bonus. Our friends who stayed at another house were also impressed; they paid almost as much as we did, but their house was smaller and not updated. I would highly recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

A group of ladies came down to enjoy a friend of ours beach wedding. This house was perfect for us and we all raves about how nice everything is. The view of the ocean is priceless and the style and decor were perfectly “beachy”. We didn’t want to leave and have already discussed renting this same house again next year.
