If you're a golf lover, Oak Island Golf Course is there for you across the street. Also available are the Oak Island Beach Villas community amenities, such as the outdoor seasonal community pool and park grilling areas.

Four TV's with streaming capabilities, DVD player and wireless internet access.

All new beds and box springs added in the fall of 2022 so you can rest easy during your next OKI getaway.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Pretty beach

Furniture and appliances were aged, very average as far as comfort and luxury. We could hear every footstep from the unit above. Thank goodness they went to bed @ 10 or it would have kept us from sleeping. Would not recommend for families with babies or small children.

Girls Trip

My sister, my best friend and I desperately needed a week away. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our condo. I do not think I have ever rented a house or condo that I could walk into and relax without cleaning first. Thank you so much to the cleaning staff that did such an outstanding job! I have stayed at OI Villas on multiple occasions and I always love the location and how calm Caswell Beach is. I highly recommend this condo specifically. It was VERY well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and beach equipment.
