Nice location and property was close to beach
Once we arrived, the HVAC was not working because of air handler had a clog drain hose that caused the unit to not work correctly to cool. So the first night was hot, but after finally getting touch with the emergency repair line from better beach rentals, they came out an fixed the issue.
The property was in walking distance to beach and we could see it in the distant. Lots of stairs in this unit, but it did have a Elvator. We Also got a visit from Maintence about the Elvator, which was not announced and a bit off putting. They conveyed that the elevator did need servicing through inspection and conveyed it to us, which made us feel a bit uneasy about using the elevators after that due to possible concerns of failure.
The pool was nice and convenient, it was only 3 1/2 feet deep, but a good pool for family's.
Overall it was a okay visit, with hiccups along the way, and I am sure next time this property would be one we would consider.

We arrived at fairly clean house and have to call better beach to request floor cleaning. No enough towels, no hairdryer. 3rd floor master bedroom view is construction area and every morning we wake up due to construction noise. Other bedroom on 3rd floor was crazy noisy as air conditioner units are located right next to the window. Pool was listed as private but you have to share it with other renters as it is row house (about 6 houses). 1st floor bedrooms face the pool and every morning you wake up due to noise of other renters entering pool walking by your doors.
Pros: close to the beach.

Beautiful Place- Ugly Service
The location and townhouse itself was beautiful! But whoever they have cleaning the place should be fired. The floors were absolutely disgusting, the mattresses had stains on them and we were provided with sheets that we had to put on ourselves except we were shorted a set so my mother had to sleep on one of our sheets for 2 days since the office wasn't open on Sunday. We had called the office about the uncleanliness which they informed us they would send someone over and never did. Also 2 of the tvs didn't work which sucked. It was a great townhouse but not sure if we would rent from them again.
