Take advantage of beautiful ocean views and a heated pool at Southern Seabreeze! What more could you ask for?

This home was completely renovated in 2021 to provide your large group the perfect island getaway. Wake up and feel the (southern) seabreeze whistle by as you sip on your coffee and enjoy the delightful views of the beach directly in front of this home. Even better, when you are ready to hit the beach, the public access is just four houses down the street!

You will immediately notice this gorgeous home as you pull up and be even more impressed when you walk around back to find the private pool that can be heated upon request.

Walk into the living area that provides plenty of seating surrounding the flat screen TV. The living area leads you to the dining room and updated kitchen area which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The main floor features two bedrooms each equipped with flat screen TVs with steaming capability. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms allowing everyone to have a space to getaway and rest after a long, fun day on the beach and in the pool. Each upstairs bedroom is complete with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

If you are looking for an extended beach getaway, this home is available for off-season monthly rentals.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

Beach trip 2022

Great location. Good for kids. Pool was used a lot. Not far from the beach entrance access. Cons : none of our beds were made upon arrival (thrown by the doors all the linens) ….. bathroom floor was brown 😳 upon wiping it down at first arrival . Steps going up upstairs did not look swept off . Crumbs . Couple of cooking pans were so gross and greasy. They need a better cleaning team . Other than the arrival disappointments it was a nice trip. No broom on premise. And we also had to buy extra toilet paper. I called oak island accommodations the first day we got there to complain on cleanliness. They never called me back !

Great place for family

This is a great place for family, the only issue we had and wasn't sure if maybe it was just us or the house itself with the high wind, but house would shake a few seconds here and there. Kitchen is a tad bit tight, but that didn't bother us. Very nice for a large gathering group.

Great vacation!

Everything went great. Our family of 16 all enjoyed our vacation. The house was very nice, new and clean. The kitchen was a little tight at meal time but we just spread out to wonderful front porch. That also is a great place with the ocean breezes! Thanks for sharing.
