Spend your vacation Sittin Pretty at this modern ocean view condo! Relax in the bright and airy open living space complete with a fireplace for cool weather visits. Revel in the feel of the sea breeze on your face from the private balcony complete with furniture for lounging or dining. Sip your morning coffee as you watch pelicans dive into the waves in search of their breakfast and enjoy easy beach access right across the street once you’re ready to hit the sand.

The comfortable sofa and armchairs in the living room invite you to gather with family and friends to watch a movie, play a game of cards or simply reminisce. The dining table seats four, with seating for an additional four available at the adjacent kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of country space for preparing your favorite recipes. A small laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer and storage space is located just off the kitchen.

Each of the three bedrooms provides its own flat screen smart TV for personal entertainment. The master suite features a king bed, direct balcony access and an attached private bathroom. Soak weary muscles in the sunken garden tub or rinse away the sand in the step-in shower stall. His and hers sinks make getting ready in the morning fast and convenient. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the second shared bathroom, which contains a standard tub/shower combo and also has a door to the hall. The final bedroom has two twin beds.

The location of this condo can’t be beat! Situated just across from the Oak Island Pier, there are several waterfront dining options available just across the road. Enjoy great community amenities like the seasonal pool, hot tub and grilling area, as well as a dedicated beach access path. For your convenience, beach chairs, toys and a beach cart are provided, along with access to a ground level storage closet.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.

The location was great & just a 2-3min walk to the beach. It was a clean condo however it was a few things that was disappointing. The dishes in the dishwasher was dirty & some that was put away, the washer broke in us so we didn’t have clean clothes for a day (we packed very little clothes). The furniture is super hard. Sofa, beds, chairs all hard and bad furniture, not comfortable to sit on or have a good night sleep. I didn’t like that we had to make the beds up when we arrived. I come in vacation to relax not to work like I’m at home. Check out is way too many rules. I’m not use to this when staying at an vacation rental.
