Additional den area with futon located off master that can be used as 4th bedroom. Stainless steel appliances, updated flooring in kitchen and baths, and refinished hardwoods throughout. Deck with both shade and sun that leads directly to private beach access and beautiful sunsets. Views of the lighthouse and pier from the deck at night. Dining area with table, chairs, and built-in bench that seat six or table can extend to seat eight. Five flat screen Smart TVs, wireless internet, keyless entry.
