Golf cart is not for guest use Absolutely no vaping or smoking in the home or on the patios/porches. Absolutely no house parties
No drugs allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in the home. We require a photo ID as booking requirement per our insurance policy.
If the AC is on, all exterior doors and windows must be shut. No need to turn the AC lower than 68 please Only 2 dogs allowed with additional fee.

Cute little house with plenty of room. Bring toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, but other necessities are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. Will need to bring your own oil and seasonings except salt and pepper. They also provide a grill in the back. My favorite area was the screened in back porch. Drank coffee and ate meals there. House is close to main strip with restaurants, stores, etc. Definitely recommend to other renters. It is a pet friendly rental although we did not bring our dogs this time.

Perfect size for our family of 5! Very close to the beach and shops in Oak Island. Just what we needed for our short trip. Very easy to check in and out. The only negatives were that the floor was pretty dirty when we arrived and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Also there are almost no lamps and very dim overhead lighting so the house is very dark at night. But we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!

The home was very nice and in a wonderful location. Close to intercoastal and the beach. Near a nature boardwalk that will take you to the beach with a nice walk. Home is well equipped, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.
