Roku Tv in living room and Smart TV in master bedroom, DVD player, wireless internet and books, games and puzzles. Enjoy the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the covered private balcony with furniture and wrap-around deck! Seasonal pool on premises, shared outdoor shower with cold water, next to ocean walkway. Oak Island Golf Club and restaurant across the street. Walking distance to the beach club. Nightly rentals available with a 3-night minimum.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Not for me.....

Found this place to be dirty and out dated. The only good thing was it was on the beach. Oak Island Accommodations has the worst customer service . The owners of this condo should be ashamed of themselves.

Ocean Breeze

Lovely place on the beach with nice amenities. We were there the week of the gas crisis but were able to enjoy the beach and make short trips. We contacted OIA about water behind toilet in hall bathroom, sluggish flushing, and no tv. We spent so much time trying to get tv to work but were unsuccessful! Neighbor guy tried too and we also contacted Spectrum. Written instructions would help. And instructions for thermostat would be good! But overall, great trip and accommodations.

Great Place

We were so happy with Ocean Breeze. The condo was very clean and well docorated. The beach and beach access were easy to get to. Such a relaxing place to stay.
