Covered porch with table and chairs. Ocean Walk condo community amenities include a seasonal swimming pool, elevator access, rinse off and grilling area.

Two dedicated covered parking spaces for unit. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, grocery store and 3/4 block to beach access.

Dining seating for four, plus three at the bar. New mattresses and flooring installed in 2021. Carpet in bedrooms and living spaces, tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Stackable washer and dryer. One flat screen TV, wireless internet access, stereo with CD and cassette player.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.

OW 4101

No wireless internet after multiple emails and phone calls. Beds were lumpy and very loud with any slight movement. Not a good experience with customer service experience .

Over all it was good.

There was an issue with the smoke detectors not working and the ceiling fan in the spare room. There was trash on the floor in the master bedroom when we arrived …. But like I said over all we enjoyed the. Stay with our family. Thank you.
