Just Ok…Bummer

The house is outdated, but the neighborhood is cute. The biggest problem was the accuracy of the listing. It says “Walk to the beach” and that it was! A LONG HOT WALK! Definitely not convenient when you have kids and trying to get to the ocean along with having to carry so much. This was very disappointing because it took away from our first experience at OKI. Had I known we were blocks away, I would not have booked this property. We also left the house way cleaner than it was when we got there. We swept up other people’s trash from before us from under the furniture, and had to wipe down the table and countertops before we used them due to dried food and who knows what else. The bedding was also stained and unappealing. We made it work for the weekend, but definitely will not be returning.
