"Down The Shore" is a gorgeous, recently updated four-bedroom, three bath home with modern appliances and a well-appointed kitchen. Best of all, the private pool is the perfect place to cool off in style. It features an inverted floor plan with the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor where the panoramic ocean views are amazing. Relax on the covered porches after a day of fun at the beach, the upper and lower front porches offer unobstructed ocean views. There is also a screened in back porch on the top floor perfect for early morning coffee or late-night games.

It is close to the Ocean Crest fishing pier in the convenient East Beach area of Oak Island, with direct beach access. East Beach is super family-friendly with the conveniences of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just a few miles away.

For those guests who have allergies, please note that while pets are not allowed for guest reservations, a hypo-allergenic dog may be present during owner stays.

Just what the family needed

The house was beautiful, the layout perfect and we found everything we needed without bringing a lot of stuff with us. The beach was just across the street and over the dunes. It was quiet, in a great location for shopping, having ice cream, playing mini-golf and getting take out pizza right down the street.
