3 TVs (2-32in and 1-46in) Blu-Ray Player, Bose Radio, Videos/DVDs, Games/Puzzles and Books.

Private Oceanview deck with furniture, and view of the ocean from deck and master bedroom. Community covered picnic area and oceanfront pool sundeck. Oak Island Golf Course and Duffers Pub and Grill located across the street. Within walking distance to Oceanfront Beach Club, Fishing Pier and Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar. Nightly rentals are available w/3 night min. Off-Season Monthly rentals available. Formerly: Flip Flops

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Not Oceanfront but great oceanview!

Very short walk across the parking lot to the private beach access. Wish the building had an elevator! I thought the listing online said it did but that must have been another listing I read. I have a bad knee (sports injury) so three flights of stairs was not fun, but it was fine.

Older condo

Location was great and view of water wonderful. Furniture old not very comfortable. No toilet paper or paper towels. Multiple remotes with no directions. No directions for WiFi. We shared the condo with some Palmetto bugs.
