Easy Breezy is a beautiful oceanfront condo that is nestled into the Southern Shore Villas community, right in the heart of Oak Island, North Carolina within walking distance to shopping, dining, pickleball courts and entertainment in the park.

A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 guests - with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full size / double beds, as well as 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms and an enormous covered porch with amazing ocean views along with great views of the pool.

Large screen Smart TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedrooms with Roku devices and Hulu live & on-demand included. Free, high speed wifi available throughout the condo.

The rooms are all very spacious and are designed for added comfort with cushy furniture and comfy beds. The Kitchen is completely remodeled and fully equipped with all of the gadgets that make meals easy breezy including a pancake griddle, waffle maker, Instantpot and blender. The dining room will accommodate 8 for dinner and the bar has seating for 4.

Outdoor enjoyment areas abound to enhance your beach visit. The Pool is available for use (in season) along with outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor shower. Access to the private, outdoor storage area is also included, with beach toys, chairs and beach wagon for your enjoyment while on the beach!

While the extra large patio is set to accommodate seating for 6 with ocean views for all, the front porch also has a sweet bench for 2 for a quiet view of the beach and ocean.

Guest comfort and enjoyment has been carefully considered in all of the details to ensure you have an Easy Breezy beach stay!

Check in at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

Easy Breezy is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Saturday change over day for weekly rentals during peak summer season.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! The property is so beautifully decorated and so wonderfully stocked that we felt right at home!! The location is perfect! It is steps from the beach or pool, super close to any necessities (groceries, restaurants), but yet somehow perfectly serene! Communicating with the host was a breeze (as was check in and check out)! Everyone in our group raved about the property! Will definitely be back!

The Perfect Beach Home

We spent a wonderful week at Easy Breezy during our vacation to OKI, and it was the perfect fit for our family of six adults. The condo was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and comfortably furnished—truly a relaxing space to come home to each day. We loved having easy access to both the pool and the beach, which we enjoyed daily. A special surprise gift upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome.The covered parking was a huge bonus, keeping our cars cool in the summer heat. We also appreciated the well-stocked beach closet, which included chairs, a wagon, and boogie boards—with room left over for our own gear like chairs, floats and a beach shade. The rental app was incredibly helpful, providing all the details we needed about the condo and great local recommendations.

We had an incredible stay at the Easy Breezy and truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked everything was.The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, and within a short distance to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Relaxing Weekend

My sisters and I enjoyed a long weekend at Easy Breezy and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with great views of the beach and sunset. Although we didn't use the pool, this condo overlooks the pool which allows for comfort while watching older kids from the spacious balcony furnished with tables and chairs. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the heat/AC work well and the location is in walking distance from several restaurants, stores, and the arcade. The communication from the property owners was quick and accurate.

We had a great time, and really enjoyed the place for a short vacation this spring. It was well outfitted and clean. We did not get to use the pool as the weather wasn't great and I don't think it was open for the season anyway. Very close to the beach and nice to be able to hear the ocean from the bedroom. Only issue was that the TV in the bunkroom did not work.

Everything Essential for Excellent Beach Vacation

This is our second trip to Oak Island & condo snd hopefully not our last. The condo has everything needed inside and out for a fun & relaxing beach getaway. No need to over pack because it’s all there; just like the VRBO description shows. Can’t beat the close proximity to beach and town. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Our first time there for 4th of July week and had no issues with crowds. Just wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of one. Host was amazing; super responsive & helpful. Other guests staying at condo were very friendly & respectful too.

Kids are still talking about our trip!!

Months later and my kids are asking to go back! The location was amazing, short walk to the beach, amenities on point. We overpacked to say the least, but that’s a great problem. We arrived to a welcome basket that was perfect after an eleven hour drive. It was our first vacation as a blended family of 5. Boys claimed the bunk beds and had a week of fun sleepovers! We had a view of the ocean, the pool all from the balcony. Morning coffee out there was perfect medicine. Eleanor was amazing as a host! Never skipped a beat and was there for whatever we threw her way. I can’t thank the hosts enough. Our kids being up this trip daily and we will be back for sure.

Nice condo

The condo was lovely. Plenty of space in the kitchen for our food (3 kids, 2 adults). Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The primary bedroom did have a strong mildew smell, so if that’s something you’re sensitive to, you may need to swap rooms. The view was nice and location to the beach was great! As well as the pool. It was very quiet the week we were there, but I’m sure that was affected by the tropical storm that was also there…we had upstairs neighbors but the sounds weren’t too bad. The garage storage area was full of chairs, toys, a wagon and other beach items. But there was also space for the items we brought. The beds were all very comfortable, my only complaint there was that the curtains on the sliding door in the primary room were very thin and white, so it was very bright pretty early. If that’s not your thing, you may want to bring some black out options. We were there during tropical storm Debbie and the driveway area did flood to at least above the ankle/lower calf area. But was deeper looking in some areas. It made it difficult to access the dumpsters. The under unit parking area did not flood, but you would have had to drive through the flooded drive to get in and out. Thankfully we moved out car to near the entrance and were able to avoid that. The owner was very communicative and checked on us during the storm. Obviously, the flooding was not her fault and we did see the property manager driving around, checking on things.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay! This place is in a great location with access to the beach, pretty views, and nearby shopping. The unit has the basics but I did have a funny moment thinking there were no eating utensils! I finally found them in the awesome kitchen cabinets 😃 We definitely can recommend this Nest!
