Oceanfront deck (built with Trex materials) and deck furniture. Landscaping/driveway out front of the house with retaining wall with a brick walkway alongside that leads to a professional outdoor gas grill and rear patio deck area. This home also welcomes up to one dog per reservation.

Well-equipped kitchen, eating area upstairs seats twelve, large living area on the second floor, premium Kathy Ireland blinds. Energy-efficient plumbing system through entire house (i.e., faucets, toilets, showerheads). Four flat screen TVs, wireless internet access, unlimited long-distance phone.

Nightly and monthly (call for best monthly rates) rentals are available in the off season.
