Two ocean view covered porches with rocking chairs, spectacular ocean views and hammock on the upstairs porch. Beach access is only 90 feet away! Gas grill and seating area on ground level. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Ice chest with wheels, beach umbrella and boogie boards.

Three flat screen TVs (includes two smart TVs) with extended cable, Blu-ray player, one DVD and VCR combo, high-speed wireless internet. Additional seating and smart TV in upstairs loft, ceiling fans, alarm clock. Two bathrooms are downstairs.

Great vacation stay

The location of the house was great with a good view of the ocean. Very clean and well maintained. Location to beach access very close and easy to get to. We had enough space for 12 and good amount of parking. If I had any complaint it would be the knives. Very dull and difficult to use.

Family Time

The location and the seize of the home was perfect as advertised. The owner supplied necessary beach items for the kids along with all other items needed for within the home. I was impressed that linens were plastic sealed for use. The bathrooms were VERY clean. However, upon arrival we noticed that the cooktop exhaust vent cover was off and unable to use . We notified the Rental Agent but didn't get a response. The carpet (located on stairs only) and all upholstered furniture was VERY dirty.

Can’t beat the location

Arrival was a little frustrating. Would be great if there were more details/instructions front-loaded. We arrived unaware we wouldn’t even have a starter trash bag in the kitchen and not a stitch of hand soap anywhere. Plus we had to call to get information pertaining to the WiFi. We are used to having a little welcome/guide book that includes little details. We also spent the entire week with the dirty laundry bags from the previous guests sitting on the main deck. We just added ours to the pile upon departure. The home itself was in an awesome location, with what used to be easy access to the beach. They are still recovering from hurricane damage and the access point was blocked. The screens on the house are damaged and there was a lot of debris and trash next to the house. The view looking out at the ocean was great and listening to the waves at night was very relaxing. The set up worked well for our crew of young adults to grandma (3 generations together)! We had a great time once we moved past the frustration at the start!
