    Located across from the Oak Island Golf Course in Caswell Beach, this condo is a great beach getaway. Ride a bike down to the Oak Island Lighthouse or take a stroll on the beach down to the Oak Island Pier.

    This OIBV condo offers a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and views of the ocean. The front bedroom also features a bathroom to go along with a double and twin bed. There is a Roku TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom for personal entertainment.

    Wake up and drink a cup of coffee as the sun rises and the waves crash along the shoreline. During your stay you won't be anchored down to anything but fun in the sun!

    The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

What a mess

I will begin by thank ingram you for the beautiful view. My negatives were all those steps, though, that view was top notch. The cracks in the ceilings, peeling wallpaper, filthy windowsills, very aged coffee pot and the overall feel of the unit was that it really needed a major renovation.

Arbor away

Blood on wall&sink in master. Blood on sheet &mattress cover in other bedroom. Everything else was very nice and clean. It was a very good time of rest and relaxation. Pool and chairs were very clean and nice. Thanks for a good time.

Family trip

Location was great, unit a little outdated but clean. Be sure and get a parking pass. It was not made clear that we needed to pick this up at the management office but they did call back on Saturday and let us know where to pick it up.
