Two bedroom condo with ocean view and both private and public beaches right across the street. The beach is literally just steps away! Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom (no tubs). Second bedroom can accommodate 3 people- one in bunk. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. Couch can accommodate a sixth person or child. Located directly across from Yaupon Pier restaurant/bar. Pool and Hot Tub located downstairs. Condo can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Saturday to Saturday rentals only please. Bed linens, towels, paper towels and other basics are provided.

Lovely condo, nicely decorated and clean. Great location, right by the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Nikki was great hostess. Would love to stay here again.

As promised!!

Nikki has a beautiful place in a perfect location. Her communication is excellent. The property is well kept. A quick and easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Marty is very helpful as well. We can't wait to go again.

Great location

Perfect stay

Nikki and Marty were wonderful hosts. Furniture was clean, updated and comfortable. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, showers were nice. Finishes were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. The complex was just across the street from the beach access and pier. The complex pool and hot tub were nice. Met so many great people. Parking was easy, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation spot

Nikki's place is directly across the street from the pier. Couldn't get any closer unless it was ocean front. The condo is very clean with all the comforts of home. We were thrilled with our vacation stay.

Great Vacation 1st week July 2019

Great location and very clean unit. Right across street from beach and recently reopened Yaupon Beach Pier. Marty was great and was quick to help with any issues. Great stay.

Very nice place

The condo was very nice, across the street from the beach and the new pier. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner’s friend, Marty, was very helpful. We had no problems with our stay.

Great weekend!

Nikki’s place is wonderful. It was so clean and she even provided a couple of beach chairs. It is a great location, just steps from the beach across the street and close to lots of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

Beautiful condo, great location

This was the perfect place to stay - this condo and the complex as a whole are beautifully kept! Close to the beach with a lovely view, nice deck to hang out on and have a beer, and a beautiful pool! We had a wonderful time. Also in walking distance to a few restaurants, including Thai by the Sea and Shagger Jacks, some of the best places to eat on the island. Marty, the local contact/property manager, is a great guy and super responsive. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the extra beach chairs in the laundry room - we needed an extra and could NOT find one we wanted to purchase before the trip. Thanks for everything!

Clean, convenient, well-supplied kitchen

NW corner of building, top floor, so peaceful sleeping. Great supply of kitchen necessities for cooking and eating. Comfortable beds, sofas and dining set up. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern. Easy access to the beach, right off the pier that is closed though under construction. New beach in July 2018 with dredging -no shells but nice sand. Two ice cream options and Bobs Dogs about a 5-10 minute walk through neighborhood streets. Owners were very engaged and pleasant. Can't ask for more!

Vacation with some issues

Condo was great. No complaints on it. However wasn’t informed at all about the pier being shut down for renovations or the beach restoration that was going on. The main reason we picked the condo was to have close beach access and access to fishing pier. Had to keep moving down at one point a mile down to get to beach. We would have picked a different time to come. Also they were working 24 hrs a day and even in the condo we could still hear the beeping and noise of the heavy equipment being operated. I think the price should have been reduced for the week for the inconvenience or refund at least a day that we paid for.

Great condo!

Nikki's Beach Shack is super cute, very clean, and so close to the beach. Its an end unit too which we found to be very quiet and perfect for our small family. Be aware that the pier across the street is the one damaged in the hurricane a few years ago and its not re-opened yet. Locals told us to expect that next summer. We hadn't been to OKI in about 8 years and we enjoyed our stay so much. Nikki and Marty (the local contact) were both super helpful/
