Not what I expected

The house was in a great location. House needs updating and beds were very uncomfortable. Window unit AC in upstairs bedrooms needs to be installed properly , gaps between unit and windows made difficult to cool rooms. Overall we had a great time but house was overpriced compared to rental last year and last years rental was cleaner and mor updated.Will not rent this house again .
