    Wireless internet, Roku TV in living room, TV with DVD player in twin bedroom. Books, board games and movies. Oversized covered deck with furniture and fabulous ocean view, shared outdoor shower. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions including the Oak Island Lighthouse. Whether your idea of a vacation is taking long naps in the island breeze, exploring local landmarks, or teeing up for 18 holes at one of the area's playable but challenging golf courses, you will find your island home at A Pelican's Paradise! Fitness center access.

    As a flex rental, guests can rent this unit for long weekends during peak season or check-in on any day of the week with a two-night minimum. This unit is also available for off-season monthly rentals.

    Please note that dogs made be present during an owner reservation for those guests who are allergic to pets.

    The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
