This stunning home will soon become your favorite retreat because the views here are astounding!  Located in the very tranquil and highly sought-after Caswell Beach area, you will be surrounded in natural beauty and wildlife.  From any of the cozy covered porches, you an enjoy your morning coffee and experience the serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway from the back of the home or gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views on the front of the home.  Views to be enjoyed from every direction, even a view of the Oak Island Lighthouse just down the street!  Not to mention, your beach access is only three homes away!  This home is one of the most desirable on Oak Island and Caswell Beach, as during the filming of Boys of Summer, a certain lead actor was in residence here.

Inside, you will love the reverse floor plan with an open concept great room, formal dining area, and kitchen on the top floor, boasting large windows to maximize those expansive views.  The top floor also features a generous size master bedroom with custom built-in work desk and large walk-in closet, spacious en suite bathroom with double vanity and a no threshold custom tile walk-in shower with bench, a half bath just off the great room, and a laundry area with sink.  The chef in the family will love the gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, convection oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and more!

Downstairs, you will find a second and quite relaxing living area with a mini-refrigerator and direct access to one of many covered porches.  Also on this level are three guest bedrooms.  A king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, and the final bedroom is perfect for small families or a group of kiddos featuring a triple twin bunk bed and a queen bed.  This final bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom.  

Outside , you can know the kids are safe playing in the large fenced backyard.  Feel free to wash all the sand away from a fun-filled day at the beach in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.  As evening approaches, you can grill out your fresh catch on the gas grill for the best local seafood you've ever tasted.

The property was beautiful with views in every direction. Also easy walk to the beach. We did have to clean the bathrooms and dusting off table tops once we arrived. That was the only downside to the property. We would stay at this property again.
