GREAT VIEWS!   4BR/3BA, BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:1K, BR4:1Q, 2TBunk Beautiful and spacious home with an unobstructed view of the marsh and ICW and an easy one block walk to the beach. Cargo lift for your luggage and groceries. Open living room, dining and kitchen with hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, carpet in bedrooms, 2nd level deck off master with marsh views, 2 covered porches, furnished screen porch, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, HVAC, WIFI, Roku/YouTube TV. Master bath whirlpool tub, room to park a boat and more. No Smoking, No Pets. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 3 night minimum rates available in Resort season. Please call our office to inquire. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM

Great location and beautiful views of the marsh

The house was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice because it has an amazing view of the marsh. We loved hanging out on the porch and watching the sunset over the marsh.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful well equipped beach house, EVERYTHING you would need is in this house! The house us just a few minutes walk to the beach; our 4 year old and the teenager both commented on how short the walk was to the beach. We did have a few days of rain but there was plenty of room in the house for crafts, movies, and video games, and to enjoy the books, board games, and puzzles that were at the house. We would definitely rent again.

Great property

We stayed here on our 1st ever trip to Oak Island and this won’t be our last! The house was huge even with 3 families staying, prime location to the beach! We loved the screen in back porch, we all could enjoy the evenings without getting ate up by bugs! Only thing was beds weren’t the comfiest but we would rent again!
