"Clean room, friendly staff, and love those cookies!!"

"The house was clean. When we arrived, the house was very cold. The thermostat was set to 69 so we turned it up, but that did not help. There was a lot of cold draft coming in. For amenities, there were none. No hand soap no bath wash. These are things that are just usually done when someone is hosting a home rental. In addition, the microwave and the dishwasher were not working for use. Also, the TV was disconnected there was no plug and we could not use the Wi-Fi. Lastly, there was lots of ice in the walkway to the house. I had to literally go out and buy some ice melt to ensure no one in my family fell. This house had a high fee for a two night stay. With the lack of amenities it did not feel luxurious as advertised and I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth or value. I think this is more of a modest house and should not be advertised as a luxury house. "

"We had a great stay at this house! Our host was very helpful if we needed anything. The house is very nice…clean and tidy and modern. It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. We brought our small dog and there were plenty of nice safe places to walk him. The house is close to the grocery and other needed stores.The linens are white which I appreciate because you can tell they are clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The W/D is new and work well. The mattresses are SUPER comfortable-BONUS!!We have already rebooked for upcoming visits!"

"Seven Oaks Bed & Breakfast showed true hospitality. It was a quiet, restful get away. My room was very clean and provided all amenities needed. The staff was available to assist with any needs and the breakfast was excellent. "

"We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with my husband, mother, niece, and our dog. The home was the perfect setting to reconnect with family and spend quality time with my sister—it truly felt like a reprieve from the daily work grind.What made it especially ideal was the balance it offered: plenty of space to gather and relax, along with tucked-away areas where I could quickly check in and respond to work emails without distraction. The large kitchen and beautiful gathering area made meals together easy and memorable, and the master bedroom was exceptionally well appointed—comfortable, luxurious, and a great place to unwind at the end of the day.While we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or fire experience, we thoroughly enjoyed the large propane grill and outdoor pavilion, especially the dart board, which added a fun and casual element to our evenings. Overall, this home was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The listing photos are accurate, and for the price point this place is a fantastic find for a larger group.The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making it work well for big gatherings. It comfortably slept our crew (good beds, bedding, and towels), and there was plenty of space to sit and eat since there are basically two main seating/eating areas (kitchen and dining room). The large wraparound couch was also perfect for hanging out, and it worked great for our Christmas gift time.Also, this was one of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a VRBO. Quality pans, plenty of utensils, pot holders, two types of coffee machines, griddle, and more. It enabled us to cook for a group, which was great.Backyard is pretty sloped (so not great for football/running around), but there’s a nice hot tub / grilling area, some seating, and the fenced area was great for dogs. Also lots of parking with the long driveway.Thank you!"

"The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. "

"This house is amazing! The owner has truly thought of everything you could possibly need. Due to unexpected water damage in our home, my family (and our dogs) needed a place to stay for two weeks — and this could not have been more perfect. The house was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. We especially appreciated the TVs in every room and the fully stocked kitchen since we cooked a lot during our stay. The sheets and towels were high quality, and every detail made it feel just like “home.” Danielle, the owner, was wonderful to work with and great with communication throughout our stay. We are so grateful to have found this place and would absolutely recommend this home. "
