"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is currently under construction, and it made the stay extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The main entrance was barely usable, and parking was a nightmare. There are very limited spots, yet they still charge $15 for parking — even though the back lot is under construction and partially unusable (there’s even a massive hole that looks like a sinkhole). Amenities were also unavailable. The beach access from the hotel was completely closed off with no clear explanation, and the jacuzzi was not only closed but visibly disgusting and green. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room itself did not feel clean. On top of that, the AC barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the elevators felt unsafe and unreliable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the construction, lack of amenities, poor cleanliness, and additional fees, this hotel is not worth it at all. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else."

"Had a very nice day at the Hampton in new Smyrna Beach. The property was very clean and very conveniently located. Would definitely come back again."

"Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. "

"We had a great stay, the only downfall was the water pressure in the shower. It was a trickle at best, at one point the water turned off completely during my shower! I'm thinking it was just peak time for water usage because the one day I showered in the afternoon it was great."

"WiFi was god awful bed was stiff but it’s all about the location and decent prize."

"We only had the partial view and it was fine. The one thing I wish they did have is continental breakfast. But that's ok, plenty of good places nearby."

"The property had a great beach front location and the Boston Fish House across the street was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and worn. There was a musty/mildew smell. Would probably book a different hotel next time."
