Charming Lakefront Cottage on Lake Erie, in the private resort community of Sand Beach. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This Cottage has a large great room with large windows viewing the lake. A big screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo Home Theater system. A fully equipped kitchen, with a beautiful lake view, is ready for home cooked meals with seating for the whole family. There are spectacular lake views from every room in the house. The first floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private walk-out deck, the bonus room, with a twin daybed, and 1 full bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds and a set of bunk beds in both rooms, and a 1/2 bath. A pack 'n' play bassinet is provided. The upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.

Outside, is a covered porch, with plenty of outdoor seating, to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Erie, while enjoying your meals! A raised deck, with more tables and recliners, offers the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the spectacular Lake Erie Sunsets!! Stairs from the deck take you right to the shore of Lake Erie! The BBQ grill sits up on the deck for a Fabulous view of the lake and the beautiful Lake Erie sunsets, while grilling out. An outdoor fire pit provides a nighttime gathering place to visit and roast marshmallows. A private, fenced-in playground is just a few steps away. The children will love the swings, slides, basketball court, monkeybars and more!

Walleye trip

Great place and location to marina for charter walleye fishing. Very clean and easily sleeps 9. Back porch is on the lake and is a great place for winding down after a long day of fishing. Front yard has a large gathering area to sit around a fire on cool nights. Would highly recommend if you have a bigger party.

Great weekend getaway

The house was great for a weekend getaway. Right on Lake Erie. Quiet neighborhood with some small beaches every couple of houses and a great playground for the kids right across the street.

Who vacations in Ohio

Had a great stay, nice for familys to stay at. Surprise for how nice the lake was with its sandy bottom and quite warm water. ( it was July) We had 8 adults and 2 children , we had a very comfortable stay not fancy ,but a lot of fun. Used as a base to visit over areas, Cleveland, Detroit and local,Put in Bay and local nature spots

Family fun summer vacation

The cottage was very clean when we arrived, and any questions that we had Stacy was quick to answer back.Our stay at Liberty Breeze was a vacation of many memories. We enjoyed the swims at the beach,day trip to Put-in-Bay,Deer farm, campfires and game nights.The kids really enjoyed the park across the street. My grandson gave it a 10! Thank you,

Cute house on the Lake

This house was great for 6 guys on a weekend fishing trip with Shamrock II Fishing Charters with long time friend Capt. John Nickell. Close drive and would recommend the Oregon Inn in Oregon, OH for dinner! We didn't use a lot of the items around the house, but next time the firepit will be used. Also if you bring kids, there is a playground across the street.

We had an awesome time here. We literally were on Lake Erie and it was so cool. The house was very nice with games and things to do. It had a well stocked kitchen as we cooked breakfast and dinners. The towels for our bath were very nice. It was a great place for us to have our family all together and do lots of things with each other. Everyone there was very friendly and it truly would be a place to come back to. Thank You!

Relaxed!!

House was great! Check in was simple easy and convenient. The house is nice just as pictured plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. Very clean and comfortable. Stacy, the owner called and checked on us and to let us know if we needed anything or had any problems or concerns to just let her know. Will definitely be back and recommend staying in this house!! Quiet property with a great view. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake. The add on activities like bikes, games, video games, ect. were a definite bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Including small appliances. We plan on going back, and I would definitely recommend.

Exploring Lake Erie

Mayflies were the challenge of the week, thousands of them. (tip -- bring along a leaf blower) We rented Sunny Disposition & Liberty Breeze to accommodate our family group of 23. Two boats docked in the nearby marina for tube rides, swimming, seeing the Lake * Miller Ferry to Put-in-Bay * Cedar Point Waterpark * seven hour fishing chartered boat for catching walleye * Maggie Marsh hiking. Children swam in front of the cottages, fished from the shoreline, danced to music, & played in the park. Plenty of group games & worthwhile conversations. Yum foods in addition to our walleye fish fry. Certainly, we richly celebrated God in our explorations of Lake Erie. Rich family memories.

Charming home on Lake Erie.

We enjoyed being right on the lake. The property supplied many items for use. My only issue would be flies that were in the home when we arrived. Someone killed the flies on the windows and did not clean afterwards. Other than that, we had a wonderful time the property itself was clean and welcoming. We would rent again.

Inside was great with alot of things other vbro's dont supply, like soap, towels, etc.The deck by the lake had not been cleaned from the winter, which is not suprising as it is still early spring.Overall, a nice place to spend time by lake erie.

Perfect getaway

Everything went as planned. The house is well stocked including whatever is needed in the kitchen, bath, indoor and outdoor entertainment . Nice neighborhood, beautiful view, right on the water. Extremely clean.
