Just 10-mile distance to Austin Peay State University and 4 miles from I-24, our house provides easy access to Kentucky, Alabama, or Indiana. We are walking distance to the casino, and 2.2-mile from Walmart and various dining options. For those looking to explore Nashville, we are just an hour away. Please take note of our pet fee and additional guest fee detailed below.

We've put great effort into providing all the comforts of home for your stay. Here are some highlights of what we offer:

-Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of the master bedroom, which features an attached half bathroom and a smart TV for your entertainment.
-Living Room and Twin Bedroom: Both the living room and twin bedroom are equipped with TVs, and we've installed Firesticks for your convenience and entertainment.
-Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, we've got you covered.
-Connectivity: Stay connected with our WIFI service, and charge your devices with ease using USB outlets strategically placed for your convenience.
-Laundry: We provide a washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe as needed.
-Backyard: Enjoy the spaciousness of our huge fenced-in backyard. Please refer to our pet policy for guidelines on bringing your furry friends.

We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.
2. Pet Fee: Please be aware of the following pet fee details:
-First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month.
-Each additional pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each.
-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).
