Make Lasting Memories In This Adorable Vineyard Cottage!

This quaint cottage, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Oak Bluffs, is perfect for a romantic getaway, a special place to bring your favorite friends, or a wonderful spot to have a family vacation. Some guests also choose to have a solo retreat to read, write, explore, and re-center. Cottage visitors comment on the welcoming feeling they experience as soon as they walk in the door, and the sweet simplicity of this cozy abode.

The Cottage sleeps 4 easily. There is a queen-sized futon on the ground level, and a king-sized sleeping loft. The living area has a comfy cozy futon, SmartTV, an activity/game drawer, and FREE WIFI. The kitchen contains a full-sized stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine - so bring your favorite k-cups! There is a washer/dryer for your use as well. There are plenty of towels and linens, so no need to bring your own.

After a full day of exploring, bike riding, shopping, or finding creative inspiration, enjoy a nice dinner or a bottle of wine on the attached deck. It's a perfect place for star gazing too!

There’s plenty to do within walking distance, and a taxi or public transportation can get you to the other Vineyard towns, so a car is not necessary (but it’s nice to have). The Cottage is a mile from Oak Bluffs Center and the town beaches, so a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride will bring you to either.

Perfect little cottage!

Lori’s cottage is a lovely retreat. It’s clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and had cute seaside decorative touches. The loft ladder is steep, but if you don’t mind heights, the king sized bed is worth the climb!

Property manager was very helpful, cottage was very clean, welcoming, comfortable. It was nice to be away from the crowd but only a short walk to town. Great time!

Fantastic First Trip To MV

We loved everything about this perfect little dollhouse cottage !! Lori is an excellent host and her home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay ! The location is perfect! This was our first of hopefully many trips to Martha’s Vineyard!

My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!

Cozy spot in oak bluffs

Lori’s place is very quaint. She was exceptionally helpful with check in and check out and was available at all times to reach if any questions I would highly recommend her place. It’s very quiet and a great spot to unwind and she’s incredibly sweet as well .

Adorable and comfortable cottage. Conveniently located within walking distance to center of Oak Bluffs and Hyline ferry. Great market, Tony’s, a short walk away. Lori was always available for any questions and made us feel welcome upon arrival. Highly recommend

Place is located in quiet neighborhood. We didn't rent a car - so a bit of a walk everyday into town. Beds were very comfortable. There were 4 of us that stayed at the place - a bit tight for 4 - deal for 2! Helped having the outdoor shower with 4 people.

Mother/Daughter trip!

Loved the property. Small but very well-appointed,& comfortable. Owner Lori is delightful to work with and very helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Cottage is clean, well-stocked with TP, Paper towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, fresh sheets and towels. It was the perfect space for our Mother/daughter trip.

Cute cottage!

We enjoyed our unique stay at this sweet little cottage. The cottage slept 4 with 2 in the loft and 2 on the flip down couch. It has a kitchen and indoor and outdoor shower. It is as listed and pictured. It is snug and cozy and we made great memories!

Charming Oak Bluffs Cottage

A very pretty, comfortable, clean cottage, with a very nice yard, in a great location on Martha’s Vineyard - a short walk to the center of Oak Bluffs, the ferry, and several nature preserves - I had a very enjoyable week there, exploring the island, relaxing, reading, practicing on my electric piano I’d brought along - Lori, the owner is very nice, easy to get in touch with, concerned to make everything pleasant - thanks Lori!

Perfect location

The cottage was small but had everything we needed. Clean, safe quiet and very cozy. Great outdoor deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Walking distance to town perfect. Dirt road but we didn’t mind that. Location A+ Loved the sleeping loft and also the outdoor shower. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend 💙🇺🇸

island getaway

The location is great. Away from traffic and quiet, yet a easy walk to restaurants and shops. The access road is a block from Tonys Market for supplies. Outdoor space feels private too. The place has everything we needed for cooking up breakfast. The ladder to the loft is taller and steeper than I expected, but well secured had extra handles. My husband and I slept up there on a super comfortable mattress. We have 2 teenagers and used the extra inflatable mattress for a third bed. We loved the outdoor shower. Fans and airconditioning were set for a cool arrival. Host was responsive helpful and kind.

The CUTEST cottage ever!

This was the most cutest place that I could’ve ever chosen! Not only was it perfectly appointed with cottage like linens and dishes, it was immaculately clean. It is also very close to the main town which is only had 12 minute walk. Or he was super helpful with any questions I had. I stayed with my husband and my two teenage children. They did not want to share a bed as there are only two so Lori ordered a blowup mattress for us! I felt like I had been transported to a different place! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend this property! Also, if I had a question, Lori was very quick to reply! Our stay was magnificent!

Great little house in a nice, quiet neighborhood

My family (wife and two young daughters) stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid June. The property is pristine. The inside is exactly what you see in pictures. It's very small, but we know that from the listing. MV isnt a place you want to spend much time indoors anyway. We brought our bikes, which was great because the house is just under a mile from the center of town. Our girls made a little nest up in the loft and seemed to love it. My wife and I slept on the opened futon downstairs and it was fine. Just needed to close it up each day. Loved the outdoor shower! We would definitely stay here again.

Fun family reconnect on MV!

Our family with older teens had a wonderful stay in ‘The Cottage’! It’s petite but has everything you need and the kitchen and bathroom are plenty spacious. Loved the outdoor shower…really helps with getting ready and coming from beach. The actual cottage was very clean and well kept. The grounds needed some landscape trimming and the grass was a bit long. We also had a challenge upon arrival as keybox code provided by Vrbo was not correct and thankfully owner provided her cell # and responded immediately. Glad as well we had a jeep as the access road in to the neighborhood was a pretty bumpy dirt road. Everything was really great! Thank you. The Flanz Family
