I liked the restaurant. Great staff and bartenders there. The valet was kinda weird, never met a valet who didn’t welcome guests or want to move our car into the valet. My reservation included valet parking, but the valet suggested us to use public parking??? So we had to update our payment for public parking by the zoo every 4 hours. Very inconvenient and unprofessional, I probably won’t be staying here again.

Great stay! Location is great, views are stunning. Don't hesitate to book. Only thing to note is parking is scarce valet is worth it in my opinion.

Staff super friendly and helpful; great location- easy walk to the beach, and loved the ease of picking up towels and beach chairs at bell desk. Close location to the park was nice too!

We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the sounds of the zoo next door especially during early morning hours. Very clean, queen bed in a Suite which was really just a room with a queen bed -was very comfortable. The hotel staff were awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with advice. Loved the refillable water bottle station. Quiet during the night. Nice and close to Oahu tour operators shuttle pickups. No coffee maker in room but the Knots Coffee Roasters coffee shop in the lobby was awesome. It has a beautiful pool restaurant lounge on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head.

Our stay was perfect- very friendly and helpful staff! When we didn’t want to be at the beach the poolside chairs were perfect! Normally the first thing we purchase when on trips is water! The hotel gifted us water bottles and the water available was perfect!

I’ve been to Waikiki many times, I’m a Marriott person so we’ve stayed at all of those (Sheraton is our favorite here). But for the money, this place is perfect. Great location, decent pool with all day sun, nice restaurant / bar, gym is decent, and the lobby was a cool vibe all day. What a find!

This was an expensive hotel that has excessive fees of two deferent types. We were there on a layover for about 8 hours. We paid $360. The place was loud, had dirty carpets, and there was a light shining into our room all night with the shades closed. Terrible value.

While I appreciate the efforts of you staff I must express my disappointment with accommodations. I had specifically booked and paid for an ocean view but unfortunately I was assigned a room with a city and trees view instead. I understand that situations may arise but I believe it's crucial to ensure that guests receive the room type they have reserved and fully pay.

Great location, free beach chairs and towels. Pool area views are great, though small. Gym equipment is excellent. There is only a fridge in the room, but we found a microwave on the second floor common area. Free parking a short walk away on Monserrat st, never had an issue finding a spot. We stayed on the second floor in an 'upgraded' room with 2 queen beds instead of the king we requested. It was very loud at night - lots of garbage trucks every single night. But was convenient to use the stairs instead of slow elevators. I think next time I would stay in an airbnb at one of the other properties nearby for real pictures of the room and choice on floor level for better sleep - but if you choose a room thats not the lowest price tier you might have the perfect experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay here for our honeymoon. All of the staff were extremely friendly. We booked a Diamond Head view room and it did not disappoint! The hotel was clean and we opted to get our room cleaned three times throughout our stay and it was complete with fresh bedding each time. We also took advantage of the pool and pool deck.

Your room is impacted by whether you book directly on the hotel’s website or third party website. The front desk told me ‘No, you booked through Expedia and that is only reserved for guests who book directly through the hotel’ when I asked for a king bed in my room and if there were suites available to upgrade to (with pay) from our ocean view studio. On top of feeling like a second class citizen for booking through a third party, the front desk originally said our room wasn’t ready then called to check. I could hear her asking if they were sure the room was ready again and again on the call. When we got to the room, it was small and crammed, smelt of must, buttons were broken on the ac unit that sounded like an airplane jet, a bed that seemed like a full size bed not nearly a queen sized bed, and the bathroom was not clean and towels used. We ask to switch rooms and ask us to ho back down to check into another room, however, they didn’t apologize and didn’t offer to help move our luggage to the next room as if they were doing us a favor. We were excited to try the dole whip at the shop in the lobby. To our surprise when you order it in a cup they will serve it in 1oz paper dixie cups. I recognized the same cups we use for our dental patients to rinse out their mouth after a cleaning. Won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. The best thing going for this place is the advertising. There are better options within the same price range.

We loved the decor and art everywhere throughout the property. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and towels; the beach was a short walk away. The overall location is great with so many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. The service was fantastic, from front desk staff to bell and valet staff -- we would definitely return.

This place is horrible. The valet folks are great but other than that don’t trust the pics. Units are smaller than an outhouse. The restaurant on level 3 SUCKS AZZZ! The people are rude and have no sense of customer friendliness. The house cleaning people are rude and when I asked for a small shampoo bottle the lady was persistent in asking me for me room number and followed me to my room. Keep in mind that I didn’t have my room cleaned for (3) three days. So they saved money. The doors in every unit are cut high so u can “see and hear” the corridor noise. So if u want adult time you have to think of that. I didn’t care but it sucks for people that do. Plus “Expedia” was supposed to pay for credit and for my valet and I was charged $40 a day for my stay…. Now I’m fighting to get what I paid for back. Expedia did a horrible job of vetting this hotel. Imma post this message on many platforms. “ALOHA!”
